The bearded white guy kicked the black dudes arse.
But, the white guy did get up and to the front of the bus, and was assaulted, before he stomped the black guys butt.
Who was right? this I have no answer for, both should be charged with disorderly conduct and allow the courts to sort it out.
This happened on a public mass transit bus with quite a few people on board, jail was an option.
The funny thing is that cashier looks just like my Sister in law who also happens to work as a cashier. LOL..
The sad part is that they took the lowlife piece of crap to a hospital and tax dollars have to go to nurse the garbage back to health. . The cops should have just put a few shots through him and finish him. It would be a great service to the gene pool and would save the tax payers money. And I have to give that manager great credit for showing incredible restraint. If it were me I would have kept swinging that level. I could care less one way or the other, do what you want.
But, it is a state offense in California to fight on public mass transit.
In Texas it can be as much as one year in prison and barred from mass transit for 10 if there are mitigating conditions.
Carrying a weapon on mass transit is a class A offense, unless it is a firearm, that is a felony, and conceal carry is not going to cut it.
Carrying a weapon in a taxicab requires prior consent, you must call dispatch and advise them you want a cab, YOU are responsible for doing this, and once the taxi arrives you must inform the driver who can say no.
If you are driving an automobile that belongs to someone else, be it an employer or friend, or even a rental, you must have written consent.
You have the right to transport a firearm only if the vehicle is registered to you, anything else requires permission.
