    iPhone antenna problem--Consumer Report

The iPhone 4's widely reported "death grip" problems are real, Consumer Reports claims — so real, in fact, that the nonprofit group has decided not to recommend the latest iPhone. For those who've already snapped up an iPhone 4, Consumer Reports has a somewhat unorthodox suggestion: duct tape.

Most people do not realize that cell phones use an antenna, once handsets started hiding them.

Also, the "S-Meter" in the iPhone wasn't "calibrated", so that adds fuel to the controversy.

Won't buy a cell phone without an antenna jack.

Before the popularity of Gorilla Glue and their other products, guitar players used a tacky substance called Gorilla Snot. It was primarily used to keep a grip on your guitar picks but as bands were on the road they found a million other uses for the stuff.
