No doubt a collectible item IF you possess some TMC xmittter/rcvr or transceiver that was meant to be used with ths tuner. It's just your standard mil tuner meant to be used with the standard mil 35 ft vertical or an end fed wire.

Just me, but $3k+ is insane for a tuner.
