    yes another linux question. sorry guys...

    now that this thing is running ubuntu i have a question about software for digital operation.
    i have been running HRD on my other laptop along with all the associated programs.
    i know that is a windows set of software. i was hoping to hand the windows laptop over to the kids for working on projects. my other option is to keep both laptops to myself and leave the other one hooked up to the kenwood ts570.

    any ideas? are the linux programs compatible with a serial, soundcard radio control?

    FLDigi :) It's AFAIK, as robust as HRD. With Ubuntu, it's an apt-get away.
