Yes sports fans, you can be the owner of Marlon Brando's Sunair GSB-900DX transceiver for only $25,000.

Maybe his telescope for the same $25,000?

Or you could snag his video camera for $50,000!

Steve, 'WIK made a comment in a Zed thread on the same subject which might shed a bit of light on the rig's authenticity. That is, Brando operated heavily from Tetiaroa 30+ years ago. From what I've been able to determine, the GSB-900DX was manufactured from the mid 80's til the mid 90's. Something about the time frames just doesn't add up.

And if the math isn't right then just move along. If you have the proof, put it together in a way people can understand then send ebay a note and the auction will quietly disappear.

My "just move along" statement was a general term.

If the receipt is authentic, the rig was purchased in 1981. This was b4 the mid 1980's.
EDIT: Dayam. The delivery date was my oldest son's birthday. 7-1-1981.
