Happy belated - two daze(sic) belated.
Been deep in a motorcycle project...errr, an excuse to buy more tools all weekend. Yeah, that's it.
Yeah...like this?

Any new tool means you need more tools to go with it. Naturally.
As goes the impact wrench, so do the sockets...!

Wow, they come with their own store display? Cool!
Yeah, and that's an extra I can do without.
Grey Pneumatic apparently makes the most comprehensive range of sizes in the industry. I only need the metric standard and deep-well sets plus the adapters and extensions so will probably forego that collection (which includes a full range of SAE products).
What I wish is that they'd offer a complete metric impact socket kit in 1/4-3/8-1/2 drive. That I'd gladly drop the lucre on, as 99% of what I wrench is in millimeters.
Someone in the family tried to tell me there is only one maker of sockets left and that they brand each product according to the retailer, i.e. Snap-On, Mac, Craftsman, etc. Now, I don't know if that is true or not (leaning towards BS myself) but have you determined where these sockets and such are made Fred?
I glanced at the website and immediately got wood.
So would a rats incisors.......:yuck:
:spin:
GP also sells chisels.
And I'm not sure who makes their stuff but if it's U.S., Eaton, Wright and Cornwall are three highly possibles.
Belated Birthday Wishes!
