Pat probably has one of those somewhere, too.
His wife probably uses them to stop him from going to the next hamfest.
Hasn't worked, apparently.
Saw one like that at a garage sale last weekend and thought to myself, "self, that's not the boat anchor you're looking for."
Glad you found a pope approved pair for your next adventure
They came with the boat, but they now have the Papal Seal of Approval.

Finally got the keys and the documents yesterday. It's officially mine, now.
Whoo hoo!!
Man, boats kinda freak me out but I really hope you enjoy the shit outta that one. I'm the one wearing flotation just thinking about it
Congrats OM. You need the special hat now.

Isn't that the conductors cap from Polar Express?
Oh, oops. Should've put my glasses on first. Sure 'nuff, that's what it is.
Well, I was kinda being a smartass, but WTF? Fishing for gay Greek men?
Who gnu?
Rio Vista?
No, didn't buy that one—the survey found some troubling things. I ended up buying one right here, on Shelter Island.

OK. I was not aware that it was associated, strongly or otherwise, with gay men. I grew up around a lot of Greeks (in South Carolina no less) and they held strongly to their roots. Fishing and cooking is a huge part of their culture (so is yelling) but I've never associated their head-wear with homosexuality.
Are things that much different out West?
This hat on the other hand ... is the hat I associate as being favored by gay men since The Village People.

Sorry for any misunderstanding, Old Man. Now get off my dock. Dock, because you don't have a lawn.
