Thank you for making May HamIsland's busiest month on record!

Friends,

I was just looking at our web statistics for May 2012 and it's by far our busiest month on record! Woohoo!

We had 47000+ unique visitors and nearly 3.8 million 'hits'. I know this is a pidly amount of traffic compared to most sites, but it's very impressive for our little island. :cheers: Let's keep it going, thanks for everyone's support and dedication!

For those interested...

Browser stats in May 2012 were as follows:

• Firefox - 48.4%
  
• Google Chrome - 20.8%
  
• Internet Explorer - 15.7% :hyper:
  
• Opera - 11.1% (this surprises me)
  
• Safari - 2.4%
  
• Android - 0.9%
  
• Unknown & Others - 0.7%

Operating system stats:

• Windows - 60.3% :cry:
  
• Linux - 29.5%
  
• Macintosh - 9.6%

I wonder if a certain thread had anything to do with?

No doubt, but traffic has been trending upward every single month for the last 12 months.

There were 47,000 eunuch visitors? Now that took a lot of balls.

Free drinks at the Tiki Bar? Umbrellas?

Does the iOS show up in your stats? I use my iPhone to browse the Island quite a lot during downtime at work.

Another funny statistic.. the most searched for key phrase that results in referrals from search engines was:

'cheapest beer in america'
