This fatty is easy and great tasting.
Take some Italian sausage, roll it out in a square, top with cheese, shrooms, some sauce, cheese, peperoni, sprinkle on some of your favorite rib rub and roll it into a log.
Wrap said log with some bacon weaved together and smoke for a couple hours.
Heart clogging goodness!
