i figured it out! it was a small transmitter for the weather clock in my living room that sits outside. dont know why it makes noise on that frequency though since it says it transmits on 433.9, anyways here is a pic of some cool ink i got done today Attachment 13707
Cool ink, and I'm betting harmonics or just noisy transmitter.
its also a baofeng, front end as wide open as a barn door.
