I will try that. I usually make papaya cream. You need a blender, cut up papaya, vanilla ice cream, and a little heavy cream. Put in blender and add heavy cream until you have the consistency of a milk shake. For and added treat drizzle a little Creme de Cassis on finished product in bowls.

They put lime juice on everything, and in everything, down here: on tacos, fish, potato chips (along with hot sauce) -- you name it. In the supermarket, you have to really search the shelves to locate a jar of mayonaise that DOESN'T have lime juice added. Locally, papayas cost around U.S. $0.70 per kg. ($0.32 per lb.) in the markets.
