Yes, but if I build a fractal antenna & use that term, Chippy will sue me. Who needs the aggravation, anyway?

(I manage to irk him. I refuse to call him "Chip". To me, Chip is (ex)N3BAO, an old friend from college, now N3IW. Since W1YW is not a friend, I call him "Dr. Cohen." )

I have done everything i could to insult him directly. I never really cared for pompacity.


And yes, he has threatened to sue me too. :lol:

it's not free, there is a nominal cost, but it pretty darn cheap ;)

It is. The shekels I can come up with, post-Dayton. Transport is going to be the issue. 5 sections of Rohn 25, an A-3, and misc. other items will NOT fit comfortably in the back of a 1999 Olds Alero 4 door.

If i were close...and this were july, i'd offer to use my new truck to move it to your place.

I hafta pass up all kinds of "COME AND GET IT" deals on Towers and antennas simply because I don't have access to a truck. There seems to be a deal like that every week down here in SoCal. Alotta towers and antennas are getting into the hands of new Hams that want to explore HF. Most are from Silent Key deals where they want to sell the house and the antenna just needs to be GONE!

I just missed out on a deal like that. Now, I am a proud owner of a bigass trailer, so it never happens again.
