No, he got them legally. Went through the process in California including a background check (they have universal background checks in California), 10 day waiting period and one can only buy certain guns approved by the California DOJ. California limits magazines to 10 rounds but he had 41 of them, loaded. The Brady Campaign often says California is the national model we should all follow for gun control.Quote:
