Let's try again. 28.485. I got out my antenna rotator (a pipe wrench) and adjusted the aim a bit more in your direction.

Weak here, but copyable on my 10M Dipole, Nothing on the OCF, and very little on the vertical.

yeah, it's been up and down pretty badly. My running a dipole didn't help any either I'm sure.

I already have your card from a previous QSO but I'll put this contact on eQSL. My LoTW account expired, then failed when I tried to renew it so I said "eff it."

OK Carl! I think part of my problem is that we are having freezing rain, drizzle and light snow here. My antennas may be icing up... I noticed my SWR is higher than usual.
