Yeah, I did that (poorly, I hasten to add) in junior high. His stuff was fun to play.

That reminds me of doing sound for a garage band some years ago. They were about to take a break when I played Tijuana Taxi through the PA rather like the sound man at a dance club does. They pretended to play and received applause from the groupies, they never noticed we didn't have any brass.
