I don;t know about water but I do know about hot peppers. I eat em by the bushel. I always have a can, a jar or a bushel of hot peppers nearby and I munch on them continually throughout the day. It is very rare that you will find me without a supply of hot peppers nearby. I eat those suckers up.

I've found that Peppers don't produce nasty digestive issues. Even hot chili with beans, etc. never produces offensive digestion. The real culprit foods are the bland foods (i.e. milk, soft cheeses, eggs, etc.) and red meat.Quote:
