Yeah, I noticed. End of our last vacation in August, came up from OCMD to Somerset to visit Mom... a sad tale for another time... and had a heck of a time maneuvering around the flood zones, once we got off the Turnpike. (Ever try arguing with a GPS who wants you to “turn around when possible” right into a road closed by flooding?)
