I think we need a thread for nothing but cool images. Not funny or weird, just cool. Let's keep it free of politics,

It's gonna be hard to poop that brick of barium out. Should've dranken a lot of water after the test.
That won't buff out.

Sort of. It's trying its best.
I'm detecting a pattern here.......like >45* cool
Today we were messing with upper and lower ball joints. Rented a tool (that I now own) to remove them. Needless to say, ("Ball joints - +1, Me -$117.00"). The little BASTIDS. We tried everything from talking nice to the one SOB ball joint that held out, to a 20 ton press. IT FSCKING WON. Dynamite tomorrow.
It's cold here but I'd be freezing my nuts off in Minnesota.
You'd have a heart attack. You'd be coming and going at the same time.
That picture would officially back a buzzard off a shit wagon. Not one PBR.
OK, found one.
finally
I know the drill. There are instances where my time is worth more than my money. I have found ball joints and other front end work to be one of those instances. By the time you rent the special tools (requires at least two trips to get what you need, and usually several more for the tools you forgot or didn't realize you needed) or buy the specialty tools, and fight with the damn things, I just go to this guy who does superior front end work and especially alignments, (which I have to take to him anyway) and pay him to do it. By the time you total up both scenarios, I have found (for me anyway) that it's been way more cost effective to let Gary do that part while I devote my time and other resources to doing other stuff that needs to be done on the car/truck. Besides, from where I live, it's a pretty far piece to get to any kind of real auto parts store.
I think this one is cool. I am the taller one standing on the roof.......

Oh yeah, this picture was taken at a KOA in western Michigan.
Roof standing. If that genetic?
Nope... Actually my sister in law was trying to get everyone together for a picture. It took her a few minutes to figure out where my step son and I went.
Oh.
