Initials

So, one of the software programs I manage at work has us pick a code of up to 4 letters to indicate the "Operator ID" -- in essence, who did the actual data entry. Whenever possible, I use the person's initials.

We have just been notified of a new employee, who is due to start next week.

For example, imagine the company email going out, with such zingers in it as...

"The start date for BDSM will be..."

I had no idea there was an opening in the black leather and chain department. Hope the new guy isn't a young whippersnapper.
