I have at least twelve of these 12 watt power transistors for HF.....

they look a little rusted lol.

Oxidation? yes there is some... Rust? naaaa.

Put em in parallel. Waaaheeeeee

Did that one with 20 x 2SC1969's i got cheap Mtsubishi brand.
Pulled lots of current but made 250 watts easy...
Broadbanded input and output ferrite transformers.

If you don't want 'em I'll buy 'em.

You mentioned you had very few caps. I think I can remedy that...have a bunch of 220 through 470uF, 63v electrolytics.
