There's really quite a photo hobby around this stuff these days. Often called URBEX (Urban Exploration), and pretty much worldwide. I'm always amazed when places are abandoned "intact." Libraries still full of books, etc.Quote:

There is both beauty of a sorts and tragedy in so many of these pictures. Can you imagine what those buildings, those interiors, looked like in their heyday?
