Lucille Ball was born 100 years ago today. Before she made that classic tv show with her husband Desi Arnez, she had appeared in almost 50 movies. I doubt if her comedic genius will be equaled.

We look back at Lucy, Vivien, 'Reeecky' and the whole cast with a bit of a chuckle...thinking how simplistic those times (and the shows' plots) were - when in reality they would probably be laughing at us.
After 50+ years, the show is still on tv making the new generation laugh. My favorite scene was her & Harpo Marx recreated a scene Harpo did with his brother Groucho from the old movie Duck Soup.Quote:
