Neat! It reminds me of those old uphill pedals some place had along side the curb. Stick your right foot out while on your bike and a pedal would pop out and you just put your foot on it and went up the hill. Seems like something from the 50s.

+1000000000000000000000 And I can just picture the reaction here in NY when you tell the cops you can't get your bicycle back down. Not to mention that in NYC you'd probably get a ticket for locking the bike halfway up the lamppost.
