Don't let this reflect poorly on the people of Lebanon themselves. They are among the better educated in the area. It is unfortunate that to become a member of the government or a leader, the educational requirements as well as the personal requirements are low. I'd say that same thing applies here. Just look at Governor Quitter and her Hillbilly Family of media whores.
