For those who aren't familiar with the frequency, 6.670MHz (LSB) is very popular with European pirate operators:

I've heard traffic there on a very sporadic basis over the last several years. (Perhaps if ol' Sol gets some spots ...)

If one looks on eBay from time to time, one can even find CB-to-45M converters marketed for sale. Illegal as heck, but available nonetheless.

I've done CW as a roger beep on Ch 6 locally. I was told my modulation sounded too "weak", so I beeped my answer. The reaction was hilarious.
