Confirmed whacker. Maybe he thinks the Chupacabra is at his [strike:382ven5h]studio apartment[/strike:382ven5h] single-wide, so he brings the goat with him to keep it safe.
Makes me wonder if this is the owner of the pickup...

No one has foto'd the TOWN CAR at the Walmart lot! Cuz I rarely go there. Too much walking inside the store. Here I get to park close to the entrance with the Handicrapped placard, but then hafta walk a MILE or more once inside the store!!! NO, I wont use one of those little ridem' carts. Too many people would come up to me and say"GET UP AND WALK, you LAZY BASTARD!!!"
SO if I need something at Walmart, I just send my WIFE to go and get it.
