Not to worry.

Fireworks in neighboring town Of Dormont scheduled for just after sunset, circa 2115.

Got to our usual parking spot about 2015.

Clouds started to thicken and darken about 2030.

Hard downpour starts ar 2055. Decided to wait it out.

Gave up. Went home at 2120.

Rain stopped circa 2150. Of course,

Turns out I got to visit the ER for some crap getting in an eye that wouldn't self extricate. Lucky me, I get there a couple hours before sunset, not hardly a soul there except the ones on salary. So for the first time in my life I got in and out of an ER in an hour.

Should've bought a lottery ticket last night.....

Speaking of fireworks, they just posted on the scoreboard (withe 1 out in the bottom of the 8th inning) that they ran out of fireworks at the Pirates game tonight. 7 home runs in the game, including 2 grand salamis, will do that.
