Padres pitcher Taylor Rogers and his twin brother, Giants reliever Tyler Rogers, became the first twins in major league history to pitch for opposing teams in the same game. They were just the fifth set of twins (and the first in 32 years) to appear in the same game at any position.

I should probably add that they are mirror-imagine twins, which happens in about 25 percent of all sets of identical twins. Taylor is left-handed, Tyler right-handed. As a nod to their distinction, Taylor wears No.17 while Tyler wears 71.
