That copyright was ruled invalid a couple of years ago although I don’t remember the details. In any case, you can sing it worrying about paying royalties now.

Lawsuit settled out out of court after the judge ruled that Warner/Chappel only owned the rights to certain arrangements. They’d made about $2 Million a year, charging TV, movies, and other professionals for any commercial use of the tune.
