Saturday night is forecast to dip 35°F-40°F here in SW Florida. We have invasive Iquanas everywhere, causing all kinds of wildlife, and property damage, like seawalls. The cold blooded critters start falling out of trees when the thermometer dips. Florida residents are encouraged to round up, and kill the invaders. Too bad the morons that let them loose didn't face justice. I'll take mine to the collection point, they euthanize them. I used to pick mushrooms, now Iguanas. I stick them in a pet carrier.

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard may have something to say about that! Iggy Guana is prey to your bigger worry that eats pets and even alligators, PYTHONS. No, not the programming language either, HUGE SNAKES! They're the ones that need rounding up, but go in groups with gunny sacks and be CAREFUL, It Bites. Speaking of pythons, I wonder how Terry Bollea is doing these days. Then there is "leaping lizards" Annie overjoyed, IT'S RAINING LIZARDS!!!

Ponder the capitalization, there are two rock bands in there, and a personality from Georgia who shows off his pythons when he crabs.

IAre any of those Pythons formally named Montgomery?

it might be a bit of a performer... like an aerial performer under the big top?

But the graphic IS fresh for 2022, straight from a Florida resident with a lifetime of Florida experience!

No stunned iguanas in my hood visible. Lots of frost. I thought I was done with this shit.

I wasn’t referring to the graphic.

Ever pick up a “fresh, never frozen” pack of chicken at the supermarket... ice cold, rock hard, frost on the meat... but legally, it’s considered “fresh” so long as it’s kept st 29 degrees...

We have chickens everywhere around here. They grow wild like weeds.

Frost isn't bad.

Ice, on the other hand...

We're progged to get upwards of 0.40" here from Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The track is roughly along a line from your old stomping grounds up through mine and into Ron's area. About 25mi or so either side. These are the events which bring down power lines.
