NOW is the time to consider parting with $250 worth of your hard earned latinum on sheer irony and wristwatch fetishism.
Whenever you look down at your wristwatch are you dreading the future or even lamenting the past?
Do you have what it takes to live in the NOW?

I think I'll wait for the $5 imported knock-off.

Just got a G-Shock watch model from 2020 for 80 Euro.
If that lasts as long as the Casio i had before for over 20 years I'm set.

Almost everyone has a smart phone these days. They are pretty good at keeping time. Pretty much defines a wristwatch as decorative jewelry, unless its a smart watch.

Does anyone recall a clever fellow putting a rock in a cardboard box stuffed with tissue paper, and making a fortune selling these to 'merikans?

This watch could have been the "Pet Watch" had there not been a shortage of tissue paper... nonetheless, it will sell very well here in 'merika, home of the dumb.

I have had a Timex watch last 5 years "takes a licking and keeps on ticking" and before that I had a Seiko digital watch for 35 years had to retire it because the button pads inside the watch wore out and they didn't make replacements anymore for it! oh well the Timex is still going strong and it will most likely die with me

This is my daily. It's good to keep these going and I don't have an automatic winder to park it on so I just wear it.

I have two Timex self winder watches, one from the late 70's,
another from the mid 80s as I lost the first one, found it later.

Another Timex "Fossil Clone" that has multiple time zones.
Has regular hands with curved LCD display for all the "stuff".

Good looking, and it is only used if I wear a tie.

Cell phone has been my timepiece since the days of playing Snake on a Nokia.

I don't do time
Well, not until you’re convicted, and all possible appeals have been exhausted...

I have a couple higher-end watches for dress wear. They never see daily use because my hands and arms are constantly going into places that would destroy them, or where they'd prove to be a safety concern (electrical panels, around machine tools, etc).

You've got one hairy paw bro! Merkins aren't stupid, they're pubic wigs. Have you wondered why almost all digital watches look and operate the same? They are made in China containing the same module, they have the tiniest Philips screws to get the back off and you have to take them all apart to get at the battery. William Ford gave his son Henry a pocket watch, he promptly took it apart and put it together again. I should be so skilled with tiny bits, I'd rather spring the $20 for a new one.

Cows licking babies must have been a serious problem in the past.
I just what proximity did we live with cows in the past?
