Ahhhhh! Thank you!
I'll be taking a soak in the natural hot mineral water springs of Hot Springs NC. The water is piped in from natural hot springs and filled into hot tubs where it is circulated by jets. Following Covid guidelines of course. That means no sitting by the communal hardwood fire before and after, something I miss. Nothing like absorbing that wood fire smell.
The water contains lime and lithium and maybe a small bit of sulfur. Whatever is in it, one feels like a new human afterwards.
A small shopping trip for beer that I can only find at a little shop up there called Tobacco Road. Later in the evening I may light up a cigar, depends on my mood.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes.
The soak was nice. Getting to Hot Springs was like traveling through a portal. The further west we got away from the interstate the more the world changed. There were snow flurries and ground clouds which would skim along the tree tops and deposit frost on the branches.
The hints of snow without the threats of too much snow.
33º overcast with some fog on location.
40º and sunshine on the interstate just north of Asheville.
45º at the hacienda when we left out at 9:45AM and 53º when we returned home at nearly 4:45PM.
