Thanks for the B'day wishes everyone! Charles, I've toned down my preference from Old #7 to:

I've mellowed a bit...

Happy birthday Luke. The Crown Royal Reserve is a good choice.

Thanks to everyone I didn't thank yesterday for the B'day wishes!

Charles, I spent 20 minutes on the G&M and related sites. Top shelf Scotch Whiskey! They have the oldest Scotch (70 years old) whiskey available, distilled in 1961. Two distinct barrels, they sell a bottle of each as a collector's set. 30,000 sterling pounds (about $38k at today's rates).

Our Private Collection from Longmorn Distillery 1961 by Gordon & MacPhail 'twin' cask whiskies are the oldest Longmorn single malt whiskies ever released.
Sold as a pair, only 97 sets of these 'twin' decanters have been released for sale worldwide.

I hope it's delicious. I heard everything tasted better in 1961 anyway.
