Tell you what, pour him something from the top shelf, and I'LL pay for it. Actually, get him a beer. Maybe something from Mexico. You do take Kronas, right.

So, why is landing at sea so important if they can do it on land? Way cool either way.

Landing at sea avoids possible mishaps with slight trajectory errors.

If you mess up the re-entry trajectory on a sea landing, you lose the craft. Do it on land, and you risk hitting people.

LOL, I'm pulling your little rat hind leg but sure, we take Kronas. You can use those online you know.

Just like the old space movies from the 50's and 60's where they land on Mars on the rockets legs.

Way way cool!

OK. Cool rockets. Imagine all the ciphering for Science that goes into that. Based on the Ratta's video, the weakest part of the whole system is FUEL. Imagine if humans started building satellites at space stations in orbit. We're going to need good manufacturing plus R&D facilities in orbit if we're ever going to test anything that doesn't burn a fossil fuel that also propels ships.

We'll have to manipulate something we cannot see and that can only be detected when manipulated.

The sea landing was an earlier one, before they felt comfortable enough with the tech to try it on land for exactly the reasons Corey mentioned. The one I posted was from yesterday (Sunday, Feb 19 2017).

That makes sense, but it seems like targeting isn't as much of a problem as the thing falling over once it hits the target. (i.e. the Salt Flats should be safe enough?)

Just a point: We don't use fossil fuel in space vehicles. LOX and H2. Or, hypergolics.

I believe that will be the eventual plan, once they iron out the kinks in doing it.

Too much traffic with cars going faster that a rocket.

Upon further reflection: I realize now that the diagrams presented to us in the 5th grade consisted of hydrogen peroxide and oxygen canisters and some other thing.
Sorry, Corey. Shit moment on my part.

Can you imagine waking up in the weightless middle of the "night" after too many space brewskies and realizing not only are you too far from the space "facilities" but you now have a raging case of the "space brewskie shits" while wearing nothing but your astronaut-ical skivvies? Oh the horror

In zero gravity how can you tell if there's a ton of bricks pushing on the dukey shute? That's why they don't talk about it.

Right and at Trump Medical Industries they share ALL you information. Interestingly, they are QUITE versed at dissecting stool samples. I'm concerned they may be repackaging them as Mortgage Backed Securities. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mortgage-backed_security)
