Beef/Venison Jerky Recipe

Does anyone out here have any good recipes for a good beef or venison jerky ? i have tried some of the ready made stuff that's out on the market and while some of it is very good I'd still like to try my hand at makingmy own.

If you know how to mix teriyaki, sriracha and garlic together then you should be good to go.
