B) There exists such a thing as due process;

C) "I was framed! FRAMED, do you see??!!??"

D) Etc. ...

But go ahead and park an unlicensed FMBCB transmitter on some unused frequency and watch how fast they crawl straight up the offender's arse.

Witness: A one Mr. Baxter from the New England area. How long did that get dragged out? (And I believe the schmuck is STILL allegedly transmitting from time to time, although allegedly with "assistance" )

Well aware of the original clown protests. Love 'em. Which is why I mentioned "White Flour".

I know I posted it way back when the incident happened. Funny as heck, and effective.

Kinda hard to figure the (bad) Klowns, as it may be that they are being way over the top with satire.
Like Stephen Colbert used to do, it was hard to tell. WØRD.

I remember hearing him for the first time back in late 2004...

and... even then (Baxter) was fighting the FCC.

Things didn't start shutting down with him until just a few years ago.

When it comes to Crowell?

This will drag on for a while and I foresee him fighting this until the very end. He thinks he is clear of any wrongdoing, but what do you expect from a narcissistic individual. I hear the circus sideshow every time I spin the VFO by 3840 and the WARFA net. Everything is 5-8 to 20 over 9 here where I live with this mess and Billy is one of the usual suspects jamming out those he views as his 'enemies'.
