Did you know that the SS Minnow used in the television comedy series Gilligan's Island was actually up for sale at a local marina not far from me for $99,000........ I went to see it for the fun of it,sure loses it's excitement from TV :mrgreen:

Yeah, but at least she does (or did) smoke weed. It makes her seem more human.

Are they both still breathing? Should I care that they're probably more that 25 years older than me?

They are the only two cast members who are still alive. Gilligan, The Skipper, The Professor and the Howells have all passed away.

Yeah, Dawn Wells and Tina Louise still live. Far as Dawn goes, she's well preserved for her age so I presume most GI fans would go for Maryanne. As far as age goes well, as a companion sometimes an older woman can be both a girlfriend/wife and sort of almost a Mom at the same time. As for me companionship means nothing. I was born to be one of those great louts who meets the challenges of life alone.
