So much for Deflategate.

What's interesting is that the NFL lost over procedural issues. The "merits" of whether or not the suspension was warranted became irrelevant, because the process was flawed.

In other words, IMHO, the New England Cheats got away with another one... because the NFL didn't follow anything close to the equivalent of due process.

In other news: We pay taxes to let the government mediate bread and circuses. Great job, I'm glad we've found an important use of the court system. Now, everyone can flout NFL regulations, and not worry because 'dem courts.
