Vegetable Juice & Grilled Ribs

Get this. Lately I have been finding myself craving vegetable juice. Whether it be V8, tomato juice, home made celery/carrot/ tomato/ pepper or any or all the above I seem to really dig the stuff. Particularly if it has a bit of a hot peppery tang to it.

Grilled some ribs the other night. They came out great. First time I ever grilled ribs on a cast iron grill over wood. Everyone seemed to like em. Sometimes, besides my quirks and idiosyncrasies I amaze myself... LOL

Looks good. Thanks for the link. I hope they have a distributor in my area. Oh BTW I like fruit juices too. But lately I've had a hankering for veggies.

No... but is sounds interesting. I might give it a try if I can find it here in the colonies. I checked on line and there are recipes for it. So if worst comes to worst I can try making my own,
