No, I haven't. I never was a serious smoker—I used to smoke the occasional cigar, but I've stopped doing even that and no longer want to be anywhere near nicotine. There certainly are a shit-ton of vape shops here in San Diego County, though.

As far as the MM card goes, I don't know if I could get one or not. It never even occurred to me to try.
