Tonight the work schedule determined that it would be TV dinners. Hoping for the traditional turkey and mashed potatoes, I got Mongolian Beef. I did the WTF dance. Damn this stuff is pretty good. These things have come a long way from the Swanson Fried Chicken crap.

Green peppers, I hope I have a shitload of Rolaids in the cabinet.

Remember the Rosarita Mexican TV dinners of the late 50s or so. Two cheese enchiladas, three mini tacos, rice, and beans. All in a disposable aluminum foil tray. They sucked horribly, and we had to one every week on the night my dad worked late.
