It was such a nice day Sunday, Kath and I decided to take our walk along Fort Mercer. Behind me is the Delaware river, still ice halfway across.

That halfway across is the channel and due to ice floes like the Sea Hag that sells insurance the USCG still broadcasts steel hull vessel warnings. We're having a heat wave (cue Martha & the Vandals) presently 54F/12C and the damn snow is FINALLY melting.

It's begun to melt here...the mounds are a little smaller every day.
