Anybody doing the Chia seed thing? Have you seen the reported health benefits of the little bastids? We got a sample of some type of chia goo from SAMs this past weekend, so I looked them up. They'll do everything but wash your car. So we figure we'll give them a try.
Here are some of the benefits http://mychiaseeds.com/Articles/Top10ChiaBenefits.html

Beware—chia seeds have a laxative effect.

Unless you eat them with that little clay statue thingy, then it's clearly a bowel obstruction.

Not if you chew it up well.

If you make a really big paper mache ball and put the seeds on it you can call it Chia Earth. Oh, Pinky and the Brain already did that.
They are really good for you....but only if they are ground up or chewed.

I can think of better things to eat like granola aka pebbles and twigs, Mueslix (more pebbles and twigs) and Metalmucous... eh, Metamucil.
WTF am I saying? I want a taco, hello?
