I hadn't seen any posts from Bill for awhile, so I guess he was having health issues. I'm saddened to hear of his passing.

I swapped a few PM's with Bill, he seemed quite the character! I'm sorry to hear of his passing. We'll note the date of his passing in his label (found above the avatar) and retain his account and posts as we do for all of our SK members.
