This site is loaded with goodies! I stumbled on it from /r/retrobattlestations, and I've been wanting to try a rebuild for a Coco III. He's done most of the work for the ROM of a Coco II, so after that it's all just the GIME chip. But, there's a Z80 in there too, along with tons of other cool stuff. Enjoy :)

Coco II and Coco III: Two models of the TRS-80 Color Computer

GIME chip: A video chip in the Coco III

Z80: A microproc that was popular in home computers in the 80's. Interestingly enough, the same Proc used in the PK232's :)

Interesting.

If it's just for fun, great. But otherwise... why?

There's something very "hammy" about seeing a 1970s-era breadboard with a CF card hanging off of it

Same reason we play with radios :)
