There are a couple things that I would like to change for the Windows based Tablets. On my tablet, the scrollbar width is too small to be effective, and could compensate for decreasing window border width. Microsoft registry makes this easy...
Run regedit
Tree down to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/Desktop/WindowsMetrics
Scrollwidth changes the width of the vertical scroll bar.
PaddedBorderWidth changes the border with of application window
