Hold onto those sawbucks, the dollar is strengthening. (http://www.x-rates.com/graph/?from=EUR&to=USD&amount=1)

Dollar to Euro $1.24/1 Euro
Dollar to Candian Dollar 88¢/1 $CDN
British Pound $1.58/1 Pound

The almighty buck - who'd think that socialist/fascist/commie could've made the buck so strong?

And all of those who bought gold as a hedge against the end of the world/dollar/New World Order?

Well, it's down now that the dollar is up. Sucks to be you. (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-11-06/gold-rises-after-biggest-drop-this-year-as-dollar-weakens.html)

Well relative to the USA much of the EU is in bad/worst shape. How long things remain in that state remains to be seen. We are still pretty deep in the woods here in the USA. But I gues a little improvements better than none at all. Overall health care has improved for many in those states which expanded medicaid coverage. The Kenyan did some good things... LOL

The high Euro stifled our exports, now we can get some things moving again ;)
Another detail, when the Euro was introduced a Euro was 0.86 Dollar cents. my my, how things change.

You have to admit Cor that figure was artificially low. It was above 1=1 within a few days at most. Besides, the last guy was good at devaluing the buck. It was how he figured to even up the trade deficit. Couldn't work of course. He also didn't count on China having a temper-tantrum when that happened...

Yep, agreed on that but having the Euro at 1.50 to 1.60 Dollars was an export killer here.
I did get my 3-500 ZG and the EQplus cheap though ;) imported directly from the USA.

0.022 US Dollar /1 Rub.

Numbers are wild. That's why I love em.

I don't know what kind of rubs you're getting, but they generally cost more than that nowadays.
