Maybe it's me but that's what I think of when I see Granola. Maybe some guys like it, I've never seen any that I know that can eat it. But women? They buy granola up like it's shoes on sale. I don't get it. Maybe it's marketing, maybe there's something in it that, well, just gets them going.

Back in the 70s, it seemed like whoever I was going out with really had it for granola. They were even trying to get me to eat it. Eventually they found out it was full of fat, sort of like a bacon and egg breakfast with none of the taste. Granola. Just saying it makes me shiver.

Am I wrong?

I LOVE it but it's got too much sugar and all kinds of stuff that I can't have as a t2 diabetic. I miss my honey and oats granola

I love granola... I agree with NKW though, a lot of it is way too sweet. There's a granola cereal by a certain off-brand (can't remember the name at the moment) that is the perfect level of sweetness though.

Grape Nuts, a mysterious disease that makes the PBA turn purple. In the final stage they turn into Cotton Balls and fall off leaving only the PA or more accurately the PPA, the P remains purple.

Women are prone to advertising. Men are far more resilient. Real men hunt, shoot and eat meat for their breakfast. Nothing like a rump of venison roasting on the wood burning stove while you are shaving with the straight edge and getting ready for a hard day of trailblazing.

Granola is dead.

This stuff, on the other hand, is bagged crack: http://www.kindsnacks.com/products/kind-store/healthy-grains/oats-honey-clusters-with-toasted-coconut.html

What's wrong with Wheat Germ? (http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/cereal-grains-and-pasta/5743/2) Add to some cereal and it's much more nutritious. You choose the cereal/oatmeal/cream of whatever/yogurt and add it for some extra nutrition.
