I've seen computers like that. Chief complaint was they would freeze up or shut down after only being on 30 seconds.

What I couldn't understand is how it took that long for them to finally go into thermal protect and shut down. They worked like that for a few years before there were finally enough layers of stuff to cause it to go over the limit. The fans had seized ages ago.

Except in this case it was dust and lint....not concrete!
