A Farmer with an attitude problem unloads his s#!t on a passing car. Literally.
A farmer was driving his tractor on Old State Route 5S, pulling a manure spreader, when he allegedly sprayed an oncoming car with feces on Monday, authorities said. The driver of the car was able to stop safely, authorities said. The farmer, Kerry Lee Stowell, was booked on a charge of disorderly conduct. He is due to appear in court at a later date.
"It is alleged that he did it intentionally," Montgomery County Undersheriff Peter Vroman told NewsChannel 13. "I believe the victim and the operator of the tractor had known each other."
The victim’s wife was at Stowell’s dairy farm on Kennedy Rd. on Tuesday, but she declined to comment on what happened. A sheriff’s deputy left the farm at the same time.
The man working inside the barn bears a striking resemblance to the defendant, but he told NewsChannel 13 he is not Stowell – and that he did not know where to find him.
That man later left the farm driving a tractor, pulling a manure spreader. He drove to a nearby field, where he stopped and appeared to make a call from a cell phone.
To some of NewsChannel 13’s Facebook followers, the incident evoked memories of the manure scenes in the Back to the Future triolgy. But authorities said it’s serious.
